At Bahay Pag-ibig, Benjie and Jason get more information from the hotel housekeeper. Apparently, everyone in town knows about what happened between Sinag and Eboy, the power couple of Pelangi. Jason teases Benjie about having the same experience with exes, which Benjie immediately denies. They also find out that Eboy is back in town.

It’s a small town so news travels fast and reaches Sally and Teddy as well. Mang Elvis believes that they went back in order to sell their land to the Rosaleses. To allay her parents’ worries, Sinag also tells them that she is unaffected by the abrupt return of her ex.

* OMG. Benjie’s Johnny Bravo poses are so old-school! He’s like a five year old.

* ARGHHHH!!! Benjie’s lines are soooo annoying. I would’ve been turned into a puddle of much had he said those lines as Alden to Maine, but Benjie’s character makes you shudder instead of gush. How can a guy say such things so casually? (“Sinag, I don’t need to get to know you. Because my heart already knows you very well.”) It’s so cliché that it’s hard to take anyone saying such lines seriously.

* Benjie relentlessly pestering Sinag is soooo natural. It’s like watching Alden and Maine’s offcam BTS.

* OMG. Can somebody explain why Benjie would sit on the bed like a model while still wearing his shoes, which he wore while trekking the mountain and walking through the rain? It’s so mind-boggling why he’d step on white bed sheets with muddy dirty shoes.

* The scene with Benje’s body wave while working the water pump is begging for gifs to be made.

 * I find Sinag’s sundresses impractical in the mountains. It’s like a Marilyn-Monroe-moment waiting to happen.

* Thep-thep appreciation screencap gallery!

* No Catalina OOTD shot today. Boo.

In conclusion

I really find Benjie’s character super irritating. He sees women as mere trophies to be won, not even giving a thought about how they would feel. When he was asking around about Sinag’s past, he did that to find a weakness he could use against her, a chink in her armor that he could penetrate. So heartless. At this point if the story, he and Marjorie deserve to be with each other. (yes, that’s how much I hate his character.) There is no redeeming quality about him that would make you ship him to Sinag. Claps for Alden for playing such a despicable character so well. It would take his gut-wrenching acting chops to turn this character around.

As for Sinag, sure she may be overthinking things, but you can't fault her for being cautious of Benjie because hello??! They just freakin met. Not even 24 hours have passed and he's already spouting words like "soulmate" and "destiny" and invading her personal space. How can you take a guy like that seriously? In real life, he's behaving more like a sexual offender than a guy you can trust.

In the next episode, I would have to endure watching scenes with Marjorie. Oh man, I already feel like a headache developing.
