- The 25th hour de Spike Lee. A post 9/11 declaration of love to New York by Spike Lee. His best movie in my opinion. The story of a spoiled city and a spoiled guy who ruined his own life, the story of family and friendship too. The actors are all great, and Edward Norton is brillant in the role, but it's Barry Pepper as Franck (the cynical trader who turns out to be the most sensitive out of the three friends) who impressed me the most at the time, and the "make me ugly" scene is a moment of cinema that I will never forget. Three incredible actors directed by one of the most talented American film-maker alive.
